HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ITEM? 

We process orders as quickly as possible. In stock items ship in 1-3 business days and custom orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for U.S. shipping.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! Please note, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Please also note that international shipments are made via the United States Postal Service and can take some time. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be delivered once it is shipped from our studio in Portland, Oregon.

Please note: We are not responsible for mail that is not delivered on time. Please make sure you have allowed enough time for the approximate shipping days listed with the US mail and contact your local post office when you have issues surrounding your package.

 

DO YOU SEND PROOFS?

For sure! We will send you a proof for your approval on all custom items. Keep your eye out for our email.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?

COLORS ON OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.

 

 

IS THERE A COUPON CODE I CAN USE?

We offer exclusive discounts to those whom have signed up for our newsletter. We also host a few sales throughout the year, so please make sure you've followed us on our social media channels (like facebook & twitter) so you don't miss one of our amazing sales!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns on custom orders unless there is an error on our part. We will then promptly correct and resend right away. Refunds are accepted on all stock items within seven days of receipt of your order. Please contact us before returning your item, and a refund (minus return shipping charges) will be processed as soon as possible after we receive it.
